Returnings
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, in accordance with the law on consumer protection, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of shipment of the products using the following procedure. Return the merchandise in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Prepare the package and schedule the pickup of your package by speaking with us over the phone.
All return terms apply to product exchange. Refunds are not made.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Special orders are non-refundable:
- Where the products have been modified under the customer's request.
- For damages caused when opening the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.
Returns will be strictly accepted only if the following conditions are met:
a) The product is unworn and in its original excellent condition. The check will be carried out by the manager of our online store.
b) The product packaging has not been damaged or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
γ) The product is returned in a safe package so that it is not damaged during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit of the product.
δ) Along with the product, all documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt/invoice or any other accompanying material) must be returned intact and in perfect condition.
For defective products
In our physical store
After contacting our online store by phone, the return of the product and the receipt of the correct one/repair or replacement of the defective one can also be done in our physical store. The customer brings the product to the store and after a check is made to verify that the return conditions apply as stated above, he receives the correct product or, depending on the customer's wish, the product is replaced with a new one identical to the one returned or another product of his choice of the corresponding quality and price or the product is left for repair and the method and time of its receipt is agreed upon.
